Start with what matters to you
Walking your neighborhood. Returning to a favorite activity. Feeling steadier on your feet. Preparing for surgery with a clearer plan.
Your goals help guide your care.
We begin with your experiences, concerns, and the activities that give your life meaning. From there, we evaluate your foot and ankle health and consider how structure, sensation, footwear, and movement may contribute to the challenges you are facing.
Together, we develop a practical plan that respects your priorities and supports your participation in everyday life.

The way you move reflects more than one joint or one area of discomfort. Your history, strength, sensation, daily demands, and confidence can all help us understand what you are experiencing.
At Sole Sanctuary, we bring a broader perspective to focused podiatric care.
“Meeting you where you are and helping support you in where you want to go.”
Evaluate foot and ankle structure, function, footwear, and movement patterns.
Consider your routines, previous treatment experiences, practical barriers, and the activities you want to preserve or regain.
Discuss findings, options, and next steps in language you can understand—with room for questions and adjustments.

Meet Dr. Achor
Lorelei C. Achor, DPM, DABPM
My work begins with understanding what matters to you.
As a podiatric physician, I look at how foot and ankle health influences movement, stability, and participation in daily life. I value careful assessment, clear explanations, and a collaborative relationship in which you have an active voice in your care.
I created Sole Sanctuary to offer thoughtful, individualized care with space to listen, ask questions, and consider the next steps together.
Sanctuary describes the experience I hope to create wherever we meet: one in which you feel welcomed, respected, and supported.
Surgical preparation & recovery support
Surgery can bring questions that extend beyond the procedure itself.
How will you move safely at home? What help might you need? What should you discuss with your surgeon? How can you prepare for the practical demands of recovery?
Sole Sanctuary offers individualized support to help you prepare, organize, and navigate that process.
